The guys arrived on time, well turned out and in good spirits. The professionalism was apparent from minute one as Chris directed his mate .. Needless to say the job went very smoothly and their communication was top drawer. Nothing too much trouble. It was a joy to watch two tradesman working to such a high standard with apparent ease and their banter was great. The icing on the cake was the absolutely scrupulously clean and tidy manner the guys left the site when finished. The end result was better than I’d imagined and the product of very sturdy construction . Well done Mintern…Hope to do business again for some paving.. I cannot recommend highly enough. The time had come to replace our fence as it was not going to withstand another winter of wet and windy weather. We contacted Mintern who promptly agreed a date and time to come and quote for replacing it. Our job was slightly tricky in that half of it needed to sit on a dwarf brick wall and the other half would be in the ground. We also didn’t want our new patio disturbing as this had only recently been installed! Unable to put posts in on the neighboring side, Chris took it all in his stride, nothing phased him and he happily provided two options for us to consider. Other quotes we had were not as concise and we felt comfortable that Mintern, albeit not the cheapest, would not only complete the job on time but would also take great pride in their work. We are very pleased with the end result and will happily use them again if required and would highly recommend their services.

The Mintern team of two worked diligently and efficiently on this somewhat complicated job. They expertly removed the old timber and fixed the new boards and retaining battens. They were also careful to work round the plants which were growing on one side of the fence. The site was left clean and tidy. WOW – If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. If you are looking for any landscapers or fencers – I couldn’t urge you enough to use this company.
